JOYSPILL (ticker $JSPL) is a Solana SPL token and community meme project. Its purpose is cultural: a positive humor brand and a publicly tradable token that anyone can hold, transfer, or swap on Solana decentralized exchanges.
JOYSPILL is not a financial product, investment vehicle, or protocol with protocol-owned yield. There is no staking contract, governance module, or claimed intrinsic cashflow beyond normal AMM trading fees on locked liquidity.

3. Allocation
Total supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 JSPL. Allocation at launch:

4. Launch mechanics
JOYSPILL uses a classic Solana self-mint path (not a bonding-curve launchpad):
- Create a standard SPL mint (fixed 1B supply, 6 decimals).
- Mint the fixed 1B supply to the deployer.
- Revoke mint authority and freeze authority on-chain.
- Allocate community and ops wallets; seed Raydium liquidity with ~90%.
- Lock LP so principal liquidity cannot be freely withdrawn by the deployer.

5. Markets & liquidity
Primary market is the Raydium SOL/JSPL pool. Aggregators such as Jupiter can route swaps against that liquidity. Charts and pool analytics are available on Dexscreener and GeckoTerminal.
6. What $JSPL can be used for
Current practical uses of a standard transferable meme token:
- Hold and transfer between Solana wallets
- Trade against SOL on Raydium (and via Jupiter)
- Display branding via on-chain Metaplex metadata
- Community culture: memes, social channels, campaigns
There is no staking APR, governance vote, or payment discount encoded in the mint today. Future tools will be announced only when they exist and can be verified.
